EXTREMLY disappointed in this office. I was a new patient going to my second appointment at 4:15, called a few days ahead to confirm the time. Arrived at 4:05, another lady arrived about 4:10, the greeted her knowing who she was said they would get her right back, she said no worries her appointment wasn't until 4:30 she just didn't want to sit at work any more. Two different patients went in ahead of me (one came in after) just assumed the Dr. was behind and I would be the next to go since there was nobody else except the lady whose appointment was at 4:30. After a patient left they told the lady who was behind me that they could take her back which surprised me to I wanted to confirm my appointment at 4:15, the receptionist told me my appointment was at 4:30, I let her know I had called ahead and confirmed 4:15 and she told me she didn't know what to tell me because she showed 4:30, said I would find my voice mail to confirm 4:15 and while I was looking for it she handed my file to the other gal and said "just put her in a room", I was taken aback and the gal who was taking me in could tell asked me if anything was wrong and I told her yes that I didn't appreciate the "just put her in a room to make her happy and he will get to her when he can get to her attitude" she of course went on about how she didn't do scheduling I would have to talk to the other gal. Found my confirmation, went up and showed it to the receptionist who again informed me my appointment was at 4:30, I pointed out mine showed 4:15 and the other lady said hers was at 4:30 at which time she told me we were both at 4:30 (hmmm, guess 4:30 was double booked?) she then said they have me going next and when the Dr. got done with the next patient he went into the lady who had the 4:30 appointment. Very obvious that I was put to the back of the lady who already has an established relationship I guess because I was new, so I walked out and told them I would find a new chiropractor. Not going back and would not recommend, very bad treatment of a new client, maybe they don't need new clients. Wish I could give negative stars for the treatment I received but that is not an option.

I am very thankful that I found Derek Price. He's honest and compassionate. The entire staff is professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a straightforward treatment.

Dr Price is an outstanding Chriopractor and person - I would recommend him to anyone in need of treatment for a variety of ailments - If he can't help you he will refer you to someone who can - he will listen to you and take whatever time is necessary to answer your questions - He has the 'human touch" which is hard to find among the so called Bullhead Medical Community. His advise comes from the heart not the pocket book - I am grateful I was introduced to Dr Price and his great staff, 5 Stars all around - Thank You
