I was highly disappointed coming in here.i got no hello or welcome in. The older lady with glasses and the younger lady in work out gear seemed they did not want me in the store they helped the other individuals. One of them got in the store after me and they proceeded to basically ingore me and proceeded to help the 2 other individuals. I was waiting around and neither of them wanted to be polite or welcoming to me. Good thing I'm knowledgeable enough to not need help,however as a business owner myself I was very disappointed by the customer service and non existent interpersonal skills possessed by these two ladies,luckily I got what I needed and I will never be back to this store. After looking at the reviews I was very hopeful and needed my supplies.if you want a cold" I just want your money" experience,this is the place for you. I notice when individuals have the money/space for business such as desert sage,they usually lack the genuine concern care and energetic connection that customers still appreciate.

This is by far my favorite place to buy herbs and tea blends! They have the most amazing variety of bulk herbs, essential oils, home apothecary items, crystals, and more! You could spend hours looking at everything this little gem has to offer!!

This place is beautiful. Everyone here is so knowledgeable. Natalia was super helpful and friendly and knew her stuff. The herbs are well stocked and well organized. The processes make it easy to pick out what you want. I loved it, this will be my new apothecary. I'm grateful to have stumbled into you!

Stopped by to pick up some healing herbs and I have to say I was impressed with this shop, the first thing I noticed as I walked in was the aroma, a clean healthy and fresh smell filled the air. They have a great selection of bulk herbs, tinctures, teas and more. If your looking for something to help during this cold season, or just out to protect you and your family from what may come then I would suggest you put this as the first stop on your list. Just stopped in with the family. Great vibe all around. Ashley helped me pick out my herbs for a detox im going through. Elicia helped my wife pick out some skincare products for her eczema flare up. Prices were spot on, selections were endless, smell was amazing, and the help and vibe were awesome. Thank you so much. I apologize i was not the most energetic today. Im going through some kidney pains at the moment. Will definitely be back!

Stay away from colonizer energy!! Super unwelcoming every time. I was discriminated against & bullied by an employee during my last visit, then was dismissed without a single apology, or smidge of empathy by both staff present & later by email. I am utterly appalled that the owner of this business condones such abhorrent behavior. Don’t be fooled by the herbs & crystals, there are still negative energy-sucking Karen’s waiting for you inside masquerading as herbalists. If you’re expecting knowledgeable staff, don’t bother.

We just left the store and we absolutely loved it! You get quality stuff for super fair pricing. Natalija was amazing! She helped me make oil blends instead of me buying all the ingredients which I super appreciate! Most places are out for your money and it was very refreshing. The vibe was great in there and we felt a sense of home when we walked in. We will absolutely be in again!
