Dharma is like a home away from home. Have trained with Master Zi for over 15 years now. It is a unique family environment, which helps you navigate the hurdles of life.
With Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Yoga, Martial Skills, Acupuncture and multiple other modalities including a Hyperbaric Chamber for O2 therapy, and an EECP machine that helps with many issues.

It's not for everyone, but it's for everyone looking to grow and heal. It's a traditional school that will feed your soul for decades. It's a Gem of the city.

These guys are fantastic. The have wide variety of services. I have been practicing Yang Family Style Tai chi and Qi Gong there with Master Zi. It has been a transformative experience. The staff are friendly and it is not too expensive. It is right by the beach too, so you can go for a stroll along the shore before taking in a class. I totally recommend this place.

I had heard about the benefits of the infrared sauna and Tai Chi and decided to stop by.

I used the infrared sauna for a few months. While my primary purpose of using the infrared sauna was to assist my body's detoxing abilities, I began to feel more relaxed and noticed some fat loss.

Tai Chi classes were going on during my sauna session. I become more interested in Tai Chi and finally decided to attend class and see what it's about.

Tai Chi has changed my perspective and reduced my stress tremendously. Tai Chi is about doing less, which is the opposite of what modern society works towards. Tai Chi has calmed my mind, which has increased my energy and productivity thought the day.

I've incorporated Yoga classes into my daily practice also. The Yoga classes have improved my movement.

The biggest thing I like at Dharma is the community. It's not just a place where you show up, take a class, and go home. It's about the people and their beliefs and philosophies that have helped me the most. If you're looking for a community, this is the place to be.
