Took my mom here for an EGD. She arrived on time and prepared with her info for appointment. She waited for 3, THREE, hours before going back. The entire appointment from check in to check out was over 4 hours. I have had this exact procedure at Premier Gastro and was in and out in less than an hour. This is absolutely unacceptable.
