I went to my first Spiritual retreat this past September and it was such an amazing and beautiful experience. Brian and Devon were outstanding hosts, planned well, and had a beautiful facility with a fantastic view over Table Rock Lake and had delicious meals. Through this experience and from my readings I was able to advance in my spiritual journey, understand myself and know where I’m headed in this journey. I had a very peaceful weekend and was able to connect with so many beautiful souls, we came as strangers and left as friends. It didn’t start or end with the retreat, Brian has been a huge part of my spiritual journey through his coaching sessions, and he continues to offer resources to help with spiritual growth through newsletters, free meditations and a YouTube channel. Brian and Devon Hoover facilitate the Discovering the soul spiritual group and the retreats that they conduct. My husband and I have attended two retreats— one for couples past life soul reading retreat and exploring the super conscious Self. Both retreats delve deeply into the spiritual pathway that the individual is trodding. Much information of a past life reading is given, along with helpful suggestions as to what the individual can do in this lifetime to further advance their learning and growth. The atmosphere provided is very conducive to open the doorways and to remove the obstacles that may be blocking our way forward. Much peace , love and support are the basis of these retreats and one comes away feeling that their soul has been deeply touched, nourished and enriched.
This husband and wife team give so much of their time and attention to each individual and to all of the details that make the time spent together a true blessing. Thank you, Brian and Devon?❤️

I did not know what to expect, and was very impressed at the planning and detail Brian and Devon put into planning this lovely retreat! The meals were incredible, and the location was beautiful overlooking Table Rock Lake. The groups were small and intimate, and the only thing I could say to possibly improve my time there would be more space for meditation. It is difficult for me personally to relax sitting in a chair. And Brian’s voice is the best for guided meditations, so you want to be lying down! Other than that, 5 stars!!

The Superconscious retreat was my first retreat with Discovering the Soul and words can't describe the experience. The lodging was spectacular, the food was wonderful, and our schedules were well thought out, offering time to connect with one another and ourselves. I had a few aha moments while I was there and am still soaking in all the information I've brought home to reflect on. I look forward to attending more retreats like this in the future.

Devon and Brain Hoover are amazingly genuine people and are great teachers of healing the body, mind and soul.
We need more of this in our lives with so many distractions on social media and in our busy lives. We need to get back to taking care of us. Namaste ?
We will have to do another class at Unity of Springfield again. This was well received and attended.

I had a wonderful time at the Couples Retreat with my husband. We were both very excited about the intentional time with one another. The rooms were beautiful and the food was amazing. Such a wide variety of people in one space can always be a bit intimidating, but Brian and Devon do a wonderful job of creating a peaceful and harmonious space. We joked with other couples there that "retreat" may have been the wrong word. Because it was VERY intensive, but only in positive ways! I think every couple walked out of there feeling stronger, confident, and more supported than when they walked in. This was a beautiful way to honor our marriage and celebrate our 8 year anniversary!
