I'm very disappointed with the service towards foreign customers at the shop.
This is my first time visiting Leipzig, so I decided to stop by a DM at the station, and the cashier at the front was very aggressive, refused to speak English, and behaved terrible towards me and my whole family. He almost broke my credit card in very aggressive attempts to proceed with the payment, due to issues. He was awfully rude and as i mentioned and he refused to speak english. He didnt say that he doesn't know English, he said he does not WANT to speak English.

foreigner unfriendly ever, there was a old man cashier when he saw foreigners near his cashier desk, he will start to throw ur stuff and stop saying any words to you, but to the German white costumes, he will wish you to have a good day Dankeschön

I would like to address an issue to the senior DM Customer Service Management: on Wednesday December 09th 2020 around 11:35 a.m. , I had to make the bad experience again with grumpy male cashier there, this man was never friendly, never welcoming towards foreigners in at least the 3-5 years! Well Sir! I don't know why you are always upset seeing (ausländische Kunden) in your store, my problem is that I must come around DM at the main station always ? and cannot accept being handled as a 2nd class person just because I am not looking like your fellow citizens whom you are always nice and friendly! Just be more customers oriented please ? and moreover tolerant a bit.
