I had 1 appointment here and will not be returning. The man at the front desk was condescending and arrogant. He never made eye contact with me, and he was wearing sandals. This place feels unprofessional and I would rather go else where and be treated like a human.

Dr.Lin is a professional, skilled and kind heart.

My lower back was injured for almost 2 weeks, and I was very lucky that I stopped by her medical center and my back was fixed!

She gave me a nice, gentle but very effective! After that I asked her a favor if she can help me check another stiffness spot, and she took a look and also treat it and now I’ve felt so good! Cheers!!

I’m based in NY, so this was a miracle that I found Dr.Lin in LA. Recommended!

'A True Healing Experience'
I came to Dr. Lin to seek relief from persistent and very painful shoulder problems. She made time for me immediately and quickly identified my condition. I was treated with acupuncture and the process was virtually painless. She performs the procedure in a caring and professional manner, in a comfortable setting with soothing background music. The following day I immediately noticed a tremendous reduction in pain. I had another visit today and look forward to additional and permanent relief. I found Dr Lin to be very skilled and professional and the overall experience very healing. I would strongly recommend her treatment to anyone experiencing or living with pain.

Dr. Joanna Lin is amazing! She's very sweet and has a heart to heal your pain. I was skeptical about acupuncture but now I'm a believer. I had pain in my foot for 2 years, I was in a cast, walking boot and full boot and my podiatrist could not figure out what was wrong with my foot. I was referred to acupuncture by my doctor as a last resort before surgery. I'm so happy I decided to do it. Dr. Lin was able to focus on my pain and after a few treatments, I no longer have pain in my foot! I can walk, exercise and even run without pain - It's pretty incredible. Thank you Dr. Lin for listening and caring.

Dr. Lin's qualifications brought me to her office but her professionalism, knowledge, and gentle acupuncture treatments keep me going back to her. Weekly sessions I have with Dr. Lin begin with an update of my health issues. She varies my treatment accordingly. Each session is very specific to my current ailment; my treatment is anything but routine. For example, a skin problem that afflicted me was improved with her treatments over a few weeks, whereas, several dermatology appointments never gave the results I received from Dr. Lin.

In addition to Dr. Lin's expertise and kindness, her husband, Steven, is very friendly, extremely helpful and provides great service. I highly recommend Dr. Lin as your acupuncturist. You will not be disappointed.

I'm sure Dr.Lin is everything her website claims. I had an appointment for migraines, was greeted on the morning of my appointment by several loud barking dogs in her office and was told by the elderly man receptionist that if I didn't feel comfortable with them barking, he suggested I leave. So I did. My follow-up phone calls were not returned. They don't seem too friendly.

Dr. Joanna Lin is very kind, caring and listens to the areas that need focus. I have been treated by her for over a year. I have ear problems with ringing, popping and congestion and since I have been going to her for acupuncture it has helped to alleviate the pain and pressure in my ears and head area. I have also seen her for stress, stomach issues and any other problems that come up. She is my go to all for everything really! I definitely recommend her for treatment! I never have any problems making appointments or waiting. She makes recommendations on diet to help with specific ailments also.
Recently, I have been receiving cupping treatments on my neck and shoulders area. It has been an amazing reliever for tension and built up stress. If you have been thinking about trying acupuncture, please make an appointment and see Dr. Lin, you will not regret it!
