After my second Covid Vax I had some difficult side effects. My arms continually ached and my hands were extremely swollen. This went on for 4 weeks before I was referred to Dr. Liu. I noticed a difference after my first visit. It was slight but with each visit I got better. When the treatment was completed my hands were back to normal size. Without the treatment I would imagine my hands would still be the same. I thank Dr. Liu for helping me get back to normal life.

I discovered Dr. Liu this year when I got a serious tailbone sprain from sitting too much after a shoulder surgery. I could barely walk or move without extreme pain. She quickly got me back on my feet and has been helping me with my shoulder surgery recovery as well. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I started going to Dr Liu 10 days ago, at the beginning of holiday lockdown, to treat a recent foot injury. She came highly recommended by another acupuncturist, and after three great treatments and fantastic results, I can state with confidence: she is by far the best acupuncturist I have ever been to. (And I have been to lots of them, both locally and at Five Branches in Santa Cruz.) We are lucky to have an expert of Dr Liu's caliber here in Monterey. She studied for many years in one of China's top programs, has been in practice for three decades, and taught for years at a university in the SF Bay Area. All this expertise shows. She works fast and masterly. No pain. No bruising. She gets right to business. And she gets results. In 10 days, she has taken me from crippling pain, swelling, stiffness and crutches/knee rover to walking comfortably on any terrain. As for her bedside manner, I love it. Dr Liu is kind and funny, but never frivolous. And she is completely dedicated to her patient's recovery. Even before I had my first treatment, she told me helpful things to do at home -- that's someone who truly cares. She's also very covid-conscious. Her small office is always clean and hygienic, right down to the Clorox wipes in the restroom. And she wears a thick mask, face shield, and gloves, and doesn't touch skin. She's also consistently punctual, which gets big points with me. I can't say enough good things about Dr Liu. I very highly recommend her, and I will be going to her for everything in future.

Went to Dr. Li and she was really kinda and very thorough about the process of acupuncture and cupping since I've never done it before. It was a wonderful relief for my back pain. I will definitely be returning!

I had hives all over my body. I was itching all day and night and was sleepless for months. My body was in bloody wounds. Neither doctor could tell me what is going on with me. I had five biopsies, various tests take and even was referred to Stanford University.. no diagnosis but they suggested chemotherapy... Visiting a Dr. is a bit harder and lots of examinations, I am so happy Dr. Li Liu is here, I have been going here since 2015 for miner muscle pain, stress and any other other related issues, she is kind and very respectful and the facility is very clean and always sanitized. Dr Liu is someone who will help you with whatever health issue you're dealing with and get to the root of the problem of its cause.i cannot imagine another accupercarist more knowledgeable and effective than she is.she helped me get better quickly when other doctors and their treatment was going nowhere and were completely ineffective.thanks to Dr Liu I went from being sick and weak to better and strong and healthy again. !I highly recommend Dr Liu !
