I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Sanchez and the team! Before coming here, I had spent years unable to run, lift weights, or even cycle due to constant discomfort in my neck, back, and hips. I used to train daily, competing in 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons, and even cycling races, but the pain gradually took all of that away. Even something as simple as hiking—one of my favorite outdoor activities—became difficult. The discomfort made it nearly impossible to enjoy the things I once loved.

From my very first session, I felt relief that I never thought was possible. I had lived with chronic neck and head discomfort for so long that I assumed it was just normal for me—but after just one visit, that discomfort was completely gone. I especially noticed the difference while driving, where I used to feel it the most.
