I went to the Dragon Herbs store for the first time today. I needed Woman Fertility supplements that were recommended to me by an acupuncture practitioner. I was thrilled when I arrived because the store was beautiful and well-organized. I patiently waited my turn as there was one guest ahead of me, and I was looking forward to getting assistance. When the "herb specialist" named Rose became available, I explained my concerns and needs to her. However, she seemed distant and her energy was drastically different compared to how she helped the guest before me. I overheard their interaction, which sounded warm and comforting. But when it was my turn, she acted as if I was wasting her time or something. Her answers were nonsensical and extremely brief. I went to the store seeking help, but I left feeling upset and stressed, even in tears. It was a very negative experience.

I left extremely stressed, sad, hopeless and zero of my questions answered 🙁 because of her behavior.

P.S. I wish I had been helped by the man at the tea bar not sure but I think his name was Gabriel. He was smiling the whole time and very nice. Thanks to him. ?

Truly wonderful people here. A Truth Calkins interview reminded me of how fantastic Dragon Herbs are and how important it is to support the three treasures. I am grateful for their assistance, I called in and they were very helpful. I hope they are able to open the tea bar back up soon for those of us willing and able to assume the inherent risk and joy of meeting "belly to belly."

We came from out of state and made this one of our destination stops, because we’ve enjoyed Dragon Herbs products for a while.
Gabriel was running the tonic bar and was amazing. He took his time answering our questions and sharing details of the unique products. We also had fun sampling top of the line teas!

Said helped us select our products in the herb shop. He was incredibly helpful and made some solid suggestions. He rung us out and tossed in some cool sample packs and brochures for us.

All in all, this is a beautiful space with some really special, deeply healing products staffed with actual acupuncturists/herbal practitioners who are really good at what they do!
Come here to get some herbs that will inch you a bit closer to immortality

How disappointing to come into what seems like a spiritual and calming space and have some of the worst customer service I have ever had. The lady that makes the teas was on break and there was absolutely no one else there to greet and help customers. Another lady came in and walked out after 5 mins of not being helped at all. Will recommend that people avoid this shop.

Amazing place, great atmosphere. The staff is friendly and really care about what they do, and all are very knowledgeable. Tonic teas bar will blow your mind right off!
