Not sure if they’ve changed the ownership, the last couple of time I was there has been unpleasant, last time I was there was few days ago, I was the only customer, 2 ladies/worker were inside have some herbs lined up on the counter , they looked at me but never acknowledged me after I said hello/entered the store, answered my question with her back on me after I asked a question, ignored me when I asked where can I find that item, very rude service, I just took off. I will NEVER come back to this place.

I stumbled upon this place with lower back pain and stress issues. The acupuncture, although not what I was used to, helped immensely. But the real reason this place is a gem is bc the amazingly wise acupuncturist gives you a prescription of Chinese medicine. It changed my life. It may seem a bit strange to the west but give it a chance and you won’t regret it!

- they have commercially available herbal medication

Cons:
- dirty and unorganized
- customer service is rude
- workers are not child friendly

It's a convenient place to go when you happen to be at 99 and need to grab a quick herbal remedy. I would not go out of my way here. If you are looking for professional help from an TCVM herbalist then I wouldn't go here..I wouldn't qualify them as healers.
