So grateful to have found East Los Wellness on Instagram! I had a morning appointment today and upon walking inside, I was welcomed by Melissa and she was the sweetest! She asked me questions about my health and what areas of my body hurt. After the health screening, Melissa did the combo massage on me and it was the most relaxing experience. I felt so much lighter afterwards. I will definitely be re-booking with Melissa! I highly recommend East Los Wellness - you will love it! 😊✨💕

Hands down the best massage/sports injury prevention I've had in awhile! As a Jiu Jitsu guy who trains and competes I get a lot of tightness in the hips and my legs aren't as flexible as they should be. I walked in expecting another mediocre massage that temporarily relieves pain but Meli went above and beyond! She deep stretched my legs, loosened up my hips, increased my flexibility, and alleviated the pain! Will definitely come back for future sports injuries.

Melissa did a great job throughout the session. I had mentioned an issue with my left shoulder throughout the session we tried a variety of movements to lessen the pain I was feeling. By the time the massage session was done my pain and tightness was gone! I really appreciate how she was able to explain everything she was doing before doing it this was a very relaxing experience!
