With all these one star reviews, how is this store rated 4.6? The last time I tried to shop here, I stood in the middle of their store for five minutes. Completely ignored! I’ve never felt so old! Two girls were standing by talking to each other withtablets, and when I approach them, I got attitude, like I was interrupting them! Too many other pot shops in town to ever go back to this one!

Such an awful experience. The last few times I have gone, they are so rude on the phone. Their website is down for online orders. And they can actually explain why they won’t do a phone order when that is an option when you call the store? I have been going for years to this location, and I’m not sure if it’s a new manager. But it’s awful. So unprofessional.

This is the 2nd time I've been trees to East of Eden. Security is posted at the front doors, and outside, for safety of its patrons. I actually feel safer having security there to prevent any difficulties. I also like that there is a very good selection of items in their store and price ranges from which to select my purchases.
In most places staff is fairly knowledgeable, as is this place. I like though, the the staff here is very friendly as well as knowledgeable. They are very personable as well as knowledgeable, making it very easy for me to be comfortable in the store.
