I got to meet Dr Lazarus today for the first time and she introduced herself to me at a very polite way ☺️ I like her but I do miss Dr crissy sucks she left and Priscilla but I do like the new assistant that Dr Lazarus has , I don't know why so many complaints about Dr Lazarus she's really kind tho!!

I see Krissy Miles and her Ma Pricilla, at Eastvale medical group, Krissy is an exceptional Pa and she is very caring. Go to her if you are looking for a personable Pa she has a great bed side manner. She is great 👍🏽

I have been with this medical group, Dr Lazareth for at least 3 years. The front office staff is fantastic, appointments are scheduled efficiently so wait times are minimal. Dr L is on point and offers a health plan that benefits your personal needs. She is strait forward and stays on task and explains herself and treatment in a way any patient will be able to navigate through your health care. If you don’t understand … ask! I’m blessed to have this medical team on my plan!

I just moved back to California & was looking for a new Doctors office & im so happy I found Kristian Miles (Nurse Practitioner) she was AMAZING!!! I was so pleasantly surprised. She listened to all my questions and concerns & set up a plan for me. The other ladies in the office were also really nice & I was seen in a timely manner.

I have gone through a couple of healthcare providers because I’ve never felt like any of them took importance to what I said or felt. I am so glad I found Kristen Miles. Since the first day, she listened to everything I had to say. Ordered different labs to give me piece of mind, and finally got some closure. I chose this location for convenience but I’m staying because I finally found a place that listens to their patients.

This was my first time here and based off of first impressions I am very happy. I went in to do a women’s health check up and saw Krissy Miles. Such a sweet and kind person. Staff at the front office were so nice and helpful. Office is spacious and clean. Filled out paperwork and within minutes was called to the back. Everyone that I interacted with was very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Dr Lazarus medical assistant wouldn't fill out a prior authorization form for my meds, so I could only pick up a week at a time and had to pay for another appointment to rewrite the script. She told me they were only giving me a week bc I need to go to a very specific pharmacy. I called insurance and they told me that's not true and they just need her to fill out a prior authorization form. I told her this and she again told me I didn't know what I was talking about and mentioned a specific pharmacy.

I immediately found a new primary care who had an assistant that wasn't brain dead. She filled out the prior authorization and problem was solved.

If you value your health, don't gamble it on these "professionals". I have other experiences that were equally bad but it'll turn this review into a novel.
