Back in October 2023 I went to Modesto for a consultation for my knee that was bothering me. It wasn’t terribly painful but pretty irritating when walking my 10,000 steps a day. The place was clean, the employees were friendly. I met Barbara H. (RN), who would be treating me. She was professional, knowledgeable and confident I would benefit from the stem cell injection. That same day I made the appointment for the injection and was back in the office about a week later. I brought a family member to go back with me for moral support, but Barbara told her assistant she didn’t want her back there. Two weeks later I noticed my knee was getting worse and very swollen. So I went in for my follow up appointment and explained to Barbara my knee was worse (I’m now limping). She told me she never heard
of that and I should take some Ibuprofen and think about getting a steroid injection . I Imexplained to her that’s why I spent over $4,000.00, so I wouldn’t have to take so much ibuprofen and I don’t want to get a steroid shot. About two months after that I went to Ego beauty in Lodi (always a positive experience) and noticed the doctor/owner was there and I explained to him what had happened. He told me he would talk to Barbara about it and I never heard back from them.
So after I contacted the Modesto office again, I was told to make a follow up appointment. For what? To be told the same thing? I feel Barbara (or the doctor) should have called me back right away, at least within a week,
a courtesy call. I am very disappointed to say the least. Sorry to say I can not recommend the Wellness side.

I had a great experience! All the staff were really nice! The MA who took me back was was very nice and helpful! She made me feel really comfortable about the procedure because I was extremely nervous, considering it is my first time ever receiving fillers. Dr. Rhodes was nice. He also made me feel comfortable. Definitely will be going back.

Personally not for me and I would not recommend for a few factors determiend after several years of patronage. 1. They are not professional - way too personal when handling patient grievances probably because the manager is the child of the owner. I have the emails to document the rude and belittling responses, including the daughter stating that her father "honestly wasn't going to call (me) back" as promised "because he doesn't want to deal with" the situation when I had a severe allergic reaction to the product line - I reported this to the aesthetician after each service when the reaction was mild and was gaslighted until it was clearly undeniable and I needed urgent medical intervention. 2. They are what they're called - egotistical. They put their training in aesthetics and "customer service" above those of dermatologists recommendations. For ex., when I had an ongoing and increasing allergic reaction to the facial products and had to go under the care of a dermatologist and my PCP, they wanted to make their own determination about if I was allergic. By continuing to place products on my skin .3. They don't compromise to meet the needs of the client. I had a membership and instead of offering me a replacement for the facials I could no longer use (vitamin shot, small product, anything?) for the remainder of my membership, or allowing me to cancel it - with remaining filler txs unused, they would only allow me to pay in full an amount greater than the remaining amount to end the membership early (they said the facials were a free perk of the membership NOT feature!) or continue to pay for it monthly without using it. These were not resolutions, putting me in an impossible situation. And 4., finally after speaking to many people in the industry I'm confident they're over-diluting their Botox because it wears off very early or doesn't take effect. They will just pop you with some extra units to make you feel better, but it's a consistent problem. This is not only my experience, this is a common report from others. My decision in the end was to use the fillers up, and continue to pay monthly for the remainder of my membership which was about 6 months, without going back. A waste of money but after the interactions with the team there, that last monthly membership fee let me breathe a sigh of relief to be done with the company forever. Except this review of course!

Don’t fall for their garbage ‘deals’. They are liars and thieves and the people that work there are horror stories. There’s better rated, more honest Botox in town.

Great customer service! My nurse and the gal at the front counter were incredible! Top notch! I recommend them to all my family and friends. They are true professionals. The nurse that gave me my IV might just be the sweetest gal I’ve ever met in my life. Very respectful & kind! Two thumbs up!!

I am so happy and relieved I found this establishment!!! I used to get IV hydration from somewhere else many years ago, and they discontinued the IV vitamin drips. I have had many health issues for past 7 years, which took my Dr’s a bit to figure out but here I am two surgeries since Dec 16, 2022 and I was searching to help detox my system and get my health back on track. I found Ego wellness and called immediately. I spoke with Jessie which was very informative and kind as she is always!! I then had two IV drips two different RN”s which again so kind and very good at what they do!! Made me comfortable through out entire experience. During my last visit I noticed a flyer on the counter while paying and it had many services but one being the detox& lymphatic drain massage.

I scheduled an appt and was seen by Laura. I can’t even begin to say how professional, kind, and compassionate she was to my situation. She sat down first thoroughly asking my concerns and goals while providing in depth information on what to expect. I was so relaxed and well taken care of through my entire visit again!! Laura is so wonderful at what she does and really wants to help people feel better and get to their desired goals. I’m so over the moon I found this place. I am forever a patient unless I ever move!!:)

I came here for the first time to get lip filler. I had such an amazing experience with each step and each person! Everything was well explained and I loved how I felt so comfortable. The place is super clean and welcoming. I joined the lip love membership which is an incredible deal. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Dr. Morris and all staff for such a wonderful experience and amazing results on my lips!

Love how welcoming front desk staff is! They talk to you like they know exactly who you are. (Definitely makes one feel special) .

Also felt that I could share my concerns and beauty goals with assistants / Doctor with out feeling pressured to get it done that same moment.

Dr. Rhodes is a friendly man and appreciate that one of his main concern is ones safety when doing beauty procedures. He is also transparent with discussing treatment results.
