EDH Crossfit has a super positive group of people who care about their members. I love the attention to form. Instructors help teach me with detailed tips that have helped me avoid injuries while also helping me get better and stronger every class. You all kick my butt, which keeps me coming back.

It's been 6 months since I joined EDH CrossFit and I can't be happier I did.

I have been working out at the nearby Spare Time Sports Clubs for the past 10+ years and wanted to change it up. I stopped by on a random morning last November and interrupted Jeff's breakfast, he was kind, chill and gracious to show me around and talk to me about my experience and expectations.

This is a place where all is welcome and Jeff works really hard to make sure everyone is engaged, motivated, properly challenged while being safe.

If you are curious about CrossFit in general or just wanting to try something different from the mindless curls, presses and push-ups, if you are wondering what's the difference between working out by yourself vs. in a group/class where everyone can to work at their own levels and paces while cheering each other on with an kind and experienced coach guiding the group, you owe it to yourself to stop by and give EDH CrossFit a try.

EDH CrossFit is amazing!
I was worried getting back into working out after having kids. I didn't know if I'd have the time, be able to stay committed and if I would even see results.
After 4 months, I can say I MAKE time, take my kids if I need to and have definitely seen results!
I go 3-4 days a week and the workouts, while intimidating at first (there is a learning curve with the language and abbreviations) are varied, never boring, as hard as I want them to be and fun.
I needed a lot of direction at first and the coach was so helpful. I never felt embarrassed. Even the community would step up and offer help when I needed it. The workouts are also scalable while you develop muscle strength or nurse an injury.
The community of people there are amazing. They are supportive, encouraging and just wonderful to be around. I always walk out feeling so invigorated.
I also appreciate the fact that there are moms there that bring their child (infant to teen) when they need to. I take my 10yo homeschooler with me every day and they are so kind to him.
If you are looking at getting back into working out after some time off or even if you are new, this is a FANTASTIC place to join!
You will be supported, encouraged, see amazing results, and have fun!
