Coach Ernesto and all other coaches are great. The environment is excellent: respectful, friendly, welcoming, and clean. The coaches are patient with the kids while maintaining the necessary and expected level of discipline. I hope my son continues attending the classes for a long time.

The same applies to the adult classes. I recently started BJJ from scratch, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a great workout for both body and mind. Every time I leave the class I fell 100x better than when I arrived.

I highly recommend Elemental BJJ and fitness for kids, adults, men, and women alike

Coach Ernest Frye and Coach Ramen have a fitness first mentality and an endless passion to teach students the best technique at every level. All of the students are welcoming and supportive. I traveled from out of town to visit family and came to train at Elementals with professor Ernesto. My nephew attends their Little Heroes program and loves it. The classes are organized and full of fun activities to give the kids jiu jitsu skills and confidence. I also enjoyed my own training there, lots of detailed instruction and great rounds of rolling. Dropped in at Elemental for a class while visiting my folks in Miami. I live in Pittsburgh.
Professor Ernesto and all his students were incredibly welcoming. Had a great (sweaty!) class with plenty of good technique instruction, and some fun live rolls. I’m a 48 year old, 138lb purple belt and sometimes when visiting gyms, the younger big guys will try to crush you to prove something. Not the case here. All my partners were great and I feel like we are all learning from each other. Safe and respectful environment. Highly recommend if you live in Miami or and passing through!

My kids are all IN at Elemental Jiu-Jitsu - from summer camp to training to after school care - my 8 and 10 yo’s can’t get enough of Coach Ernesto and his incredible team. You can tell these pros love what they do and they make every member feel like part of something big. My kids have developed their minds, bodies, and spirits in the short time we’ve been coming.
