What an amazing experience! I had no idea how much emotional baggage I was carrying. Years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that affects my skin. I’d been through the wringer with medications, often with more side effects than help. After my first session, not only did I wake up feeling emotionally lighter, but my skin issues had cleared up! A big thank you to Susan Dunn who I cannot say enough about. With her expert guidance I felt safe, supported, and cared for throughout the entire experience. So very grateful for her wisdom and such a healing practice!

I had an amazing breathwork session with Susan. She created a beautiful and safe space for our session, with lovely details like headphones so we could clearly hear, candles, blankets, and thoughtful gifts. Susan clearly communicated her approach, technique, and what we might possibly experience during the session. She is a gifted practitioner, making the experience great for beginners and all levels. My experience of the group breath work session I went to with Susan Dunn was so powerful. I released so much on energetic levels that my body was holding, and as a result had a huge opening and shift in consciousness. Everything became clear and put into perspective to be able to move forward in my life in a clear way. I am so grateful that I was able to do this and I can't wait to go again and do more.
