I have been training under Abdallah for just over a month and Im feeling blessed that he is my mentor. Based on my health concerns that I filled up transparently in the intake forms, Abdallah customized a training plan that helped me immensely and I’m feeling great already. It would be a shame to not know what your body is capable of and that’s exactly I’m getting to know training under Abdallah’s mentorship. Also, his approach to optimal health is holistic that is Food-Physical-Mental health. I have worked with other trainers before and they focus only on calorie deficit diet and exercise to lose fat gain muscle. You get the results from that but mental health is the key part. He genuinely cares for you! Highly recommend him!

Signing up for personal training sessions with AbdAllah is hands down best decision I’ve made regarding weight loss/fitness for myself! I literally am a different person than I was a year ago. I am in the best shape I’ve been in for 20 years. Hikes, stairs, and other activities are a breeze for me now.
I am a person who normally doesn’t like to push myself in the gym or even to break a sweat so, after years of “working out” with no progress, I thought I’d try a few personal training sessions. That was back in March 2021. Within a couple of months, people were already noticing that I looked more toned and had lost weight. Now I work out with AbdAllah 3 times per week.
AbdAllah really understands how each muscle works and how to get to each of those muscles most efficiently and effectively with exercise. Plus he provides lots of guidance on nutrition and diet, meal examples/prep, and even inspirational quotes to motivate you throughout process.
I would highly recommend you give him a try if you’re not happy with the results of your current work out routine or want to get in shape for special event (or summer).
