I have nothing but great things to say about this facility! The receptionist Chelsea was so kind and helpful. She explained to me all the amazing treatments the facility has to offer. I ended up going with the deluxe acupuncture facial with Tracy. It was a different experience compared to what I have tried in the past, but it really opened up my eyes to functional and traditional Chinese medicine. Tracy also gave me wonderful advice on how to help my acne and detox my liver after going off birth control. If you’re ever in South Lake Tahoe, definitely check out the Elevate Wellness Center you won’t regret it!

I had the greatest experience at elevate. I have been looking for holistic ways to help my tension headaches and decided to try out Craniosacral Therapy with Janine. First off, walking into Elevate was such a warm and welcoming experience. Both of the women at the desk were extremely kind and informative. They have tons of products for purchase and It looks like they would have something for almost every ailment.

Janine came out and welcomed me for my session and right away was so kind and supportive. I felt genuinely seen and heard by her. During the entire treatment she was extremely informative and elaborated on what she was finding while working on me. She even heard my complaints outside of what we were directly working on, for example my terrible sleep cycle, and provided me supplements, oils and resources for managing all of the issues I was having. Not only did I leave feeling completely renewed, I also left with a greater understanding of what is happening within my body and gained the knowledge to carry out sustainable practices in my every day life. For the first time in months, I came home after my FIRST session and slept incredible through the whole night and have had zero headaches since. Janine is a hero, and if you’re considering craniosacral therapy look no further! I can’t wait to try some of the other services Elevate has to offer because this place is just amazing!

Just came here for the first time since Monika moved her massage services over. The location is lovely - a big clean store front and then several treatment rooms in the back. Everything was clean, calming and welcoming. Monika's treatments are always the best! We've been mixing up between stretching, sports massage and cupping treatments and she always helps me feel my best when I get off the table!

I love the establishment so much. Melinda is magical and helped me through IVF, with my migraines, anxiety and during pregnancy. Ha is wonderful for when I had a migraine and needed an IV and Janine has magic hands and helped me through my pregnancy pains. Highly recommended this place. Everyone is knowledgeable, sweet and Chelsea always greets you with a smile.

In all my life I’ve never had a doctor or specialist as thorough and dedicated to find the root cause as Melinda. She is knowledgeable, caring and makes you feel comfortable. I walked out of my first visit relieved to have someone on my side with a wellness plan to get me back to me vs just giving me a band aid fix to make them and big pharma $. WIth a welcoming, friendly staff and clean, zen environment I highly recommend this place.

Go see Monica for a 2 hour massage. She does mixed modalities; scraping (Gua shua?), cupping, traction, stretching, deep massage. Very talented massage therapist! Thank you Monica! I had a 2 hour massage earlier this year with her and again yesterday and I will make a point to see her every time I come to town.
