Truly a 10 Star facility! The support staff is great! The facility in equipped with everything you need and more! High standards of cleanliness is maintained at all times! Pricing is more than fair with several options. This is a gym focused on health and healing. Marie, facility owner and Exercise Physiologist, is an empathetic trainer which comes from personal experience with trauma and recovery. She is focused on teaching and training you without compromising inflammatory markers. She encourages you along the journey and exhorts you to live optimally in a forward pattern of health and mobility. A great way to try out the gym would be GOD Strong on Saturdays at 11:30 where you pay a donation as you feel led and experience circuit routines led by Wesley for a complete workout based on your individual needs. There’s an App where those routines are upload by Marie so that you can take advantage of the Open Gym times throughout the week, where her team is available for support. Marie does in individual sessions with great direction. She utilizes Dietician Support and BMI Index devices to maximize your overall workout plan to help you achieve your health goals! You will not regret becoming a part of this fitness family!

Absolutely the best gym I have ever been to! The facility is clean and has every peice of equipment you could ever need! The owner Marie is a total GOD SENT! All the staff is truly amazing and the vibe when you walk in, is always exactly what I need! I love it here so much!

Marie has been very dedicated to me throughout my wellness care and health goals. She is very responsive to my needs and questions. I had started with Marie back in January and developed horrible arthritis in my hip. Even though I was unable to continue my sessions with Marie until May she continually kept in touch with me and cared about me as a whole person. I am so grateful to have found Marie she has truly helped my physical therapy plus she has helped me build some of my strength back. Marie has personally developed a plan just for me and helped me with personal nutrition. Marie is honorable and devoted to each of her clients!! I love her and wouldn’t trust anyone else to help me with my process!!

I’ve worked with Marie at Elite for over a year and fully endorse this gym. Elite has moved to a new location which is amazing. I love working out 1:1 in a private studio. Marie builds programming that works. I have lower back issues and she is educated in how to adjust to still get results. She’s able to meet me sometimes online in a digital session which has been super handy a few times. I’ve dropped weight, gained muscle, and changed my eating as a result from working with Marie. I’d say it’s the best investment a person can do for themself.

Marie is awesome and really listens to you. I have medical issues and she really took the time to figure out the best work out for me. She doesn't make you work out until you are dead. You get a good workout tailored to you . 5 stars!!
