Coach Chely's classes are always engaging as they are never the same and full of energy. She motivated me to enroll in the 6-week gym fitness challenge . With her guidance, though out the challenge, I hit my weight goal.

I just completed the aloha challenge, and it was amazing! the program was well organized and really pushed me to reach my goals. The trainers were incredibly supportive and motivating throughout the entire process.

Elite pro fitness helped me gain my confidence back! I decided to sign up for a membership and a month later I started my fitness journey they started this 6 weeks Aloha Abs challenge which I wasn't sure I wanted to join, but I took the best decision and joined. It was hard to think that i had to make a 360 degree change on my meal plans but with the help of the couches, their support through the app and the meal plans they gave me, this journey wasn't as hard as I thought. After the 6 weeks challenge, I lost 21.2 pounds and 4.6% body fat and this makes me feel proud of myself. I didn't think that this was possible but I confirmed it myself. This challenge not only gave me back my confidence but it also tough me how to eat healthy, be healthy and feel healthy! Thank you Elite pro fitness and all the couches for the support!

I started going to this gym/HITT classes not knowing any type of exercises at all. While being here just a little over a month they have helped me correct my form and showed me how to do proper workouts. I have lost 5% body fat and feel great! I love the high energy classes as well as all the coaches. Everyone is super helpful and willing to teach you if you are not sure about an exercise. I definitely will continuing my journey here at Elite Pro Fitness!!
