I was planning on a two week stay in the Port Charlotte area and needed to find a Gym. I typically do a Boot Camp style workout, and Elite Fitness had the perfect classes for this. Some days are geared more towards weight training ,and some days are more cardio. Carrie(the owner) was very welcoming ,as were all the Trainers I worked with while there . They will push you , but also will modify each exercise for all levels and ages. They keep the workouts fun and challenging. Every day is something new. All of the current members that I met while there were very friendly as well. All ages and all body types . These classes can work for all. I would highly recommend Elite Training & Fitness to anyone new in the area looking for a gym, or for just a limited stay. I know that when I am in the area again , I will be back to Elite for my workouts.

Elite Fitness offers challenging and effective training for everyone! From personal training, small group training, awesome and varied classes and targeted sessions for many different groups - the trainers deliver what they promise. I use them during the summer when I am away from Florida with the Trainerize app and always look forward to getting back to the physical space. Carrie and her team do a wonderful job!

Elite Training and Fitness in Pt Charlotte is a great place to workout. Offering small group classes, personal and semi personal training and small group training. Staff and members are like your extended family! I have been working out here for over 9 years. Highly recommend! They not only offer levels for the beginner to the experienced, everyone is encouraging and always willing to help each other. They can also assist in customizing a fitness and nutrition plan to help achieve your healthier lifestyle.

My husband and I joined Elite 5 months ago! We attend the group fitness classes and our instructors have been amazing. The gym is always clean and the classes are organized. The instructors pay attention to individuals and provide modified exercises if needed.
