I worked out at a larger franchise type gym for about 2 years before moving on to Elite U. All I can say is that the experience and the results are night and day. The WODs are varied and while challenging at times, always a lot of fun. The coaches are great, the facility is clean and organized. After working out at Elite U for about a year, I am in the best shape I have been in for years. Highly recommended.

I'm a class pass member and I go to Elite U 3x a month and it is really the best. Compared to other gyms, this one is by far the most complete body exercise. Every time I leave the gym I am covered in sweat - looks like I jumped in the pool. The trainers are really nice, helpful, motivating and really know their stuff. Thanks to the main guy - I think his name is Nick - my shoulder injury has gotten better with the specific stretches and warmups he has shared with me.

I'll be full timer sooner rather than later.

I've been coming to EliteU for about two months and I'm absolutely addicted. Things I love: organized workout, trainer sticks to the workout. Workouts are a great combo of cardio and weights, all-around full-body training. The people there are so nice and feel like family; ppl will stop what they're doing to help you. The trainer, Nick, always gives personal attention, focuses on your form and is very encouraging. Oh and most importantly, the workouts are badass!! I noticed a difference in my body the first week! Can't wait for summer!! I recommend this place to everyone.
