Been seeing here once a week for 5+ weeks I’ve been given 0 nutritional advice besides eat 3 meals and 2 snacks I’ve begged for a shopping list told her what I eat what I don’t what I like and been promised she’d email the list and I have still yet to see it! I’m angry I feel gaslit and scammed!
