Empire Fitness Club has completely changed the way I feel about going to the gym. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was different — the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, whether it’s showing you how to use equipment or giving you advised on your workouts.

Awesome place to do HIIT type training. They always have something different. The prices are affordable for the amount of training you can get. Unlimited workouts throughout the month! Highly recommend this place. Staff and trainers are great!

Empire Fitness is a great gym. Russell and Jonathan do an outstanding job of giving us different workouts everyday and the encouragement to meet our goals. They are amazing people and they have built such a great environment for customers to feel comfortable and also welcomed. I have been currently going for a year and I have felt so much better about my fitness. I would encourage everyone to come and be a part of this gym. Thanks guys!

If you want a place where you can work your butt off and have fun doing it, this is the place. Russel always provides unique, difficult workouts that will keep you engaged and actually excited to workout! They work all the muscles during the week and workouts are never the same. Also during these “Covid times” I feel extra safe, you have your own space during the workouts, gym is always clean and they follow all the social distancing guidelines.
I am so grateful for this place and the transformation my body has undergone I’ve lost 5lbs in 1 month.

What an amazing facility! The moment you come in. You get greeted. The cleanest gym I’ve seen. Everyone is family. Their open 7 days a week. They have professional Certified trainers that could modify any exercise to you expectations. This is a all level gym. Get ready to work the moment you start. Heart rate stays up the entire time. The first class starts at 5:00A.M. Come try it out. First class is free!
