Omg! I can’t believe how amazing this technology is! I had one workout with Jenia 3 days ago. My friend brought me and told me I had to try this. I’m a PT and am quite familiar with EMS but this system takes it to a whole other level! I didn’t feel like I was working out much and had the feeling like I was cheating to be honest. It was 20 minutes…and my butt has been sore for 2 days…like I can’t bend over kind of sore. Then the next day my triceps and biceps got sore too and now I can feel my quad soreness kicking in. Very impressive! Jenia knows her stuff and is so pleasant to work with! Love her and love this place!!

Jenia, the main facilitator, is so sweet and takes true care of your health needs. This was my first time at my EMS Health for the Pressotherapy, Lymphatic Drainage Massage.

It was such a relaxing experience. Jenia explained everything, the benefits and explained that this is something than can be done as often as 1x weekly.
