Therapy is such a vulnerable practice and it can be difficult to open up and trust someone, but Erika makes that whole process feel a lot better. She's great at immediately making you feel like you're in a safe, comfortable space so you can really get to the core of why you're there and how she can help. I like that Erika remains non-judgmental but she will give you that reality check when necessary that will help you turn things around. That can be a lot to handle but Erika is there every step of the way, positively yet realistically. I'm really thankful I had a chance to speak to her 🙂
