During my recent experience with EōS Fitness, I felt significant pressure to enroll in their personal trainer program during the sign-up process. Despite clearly expressing that I could not afford the program, I was encouraged to “just try it out.” Unfortunately, shortly after joining, I contracted COVID-19. While I cannot confirm the source, this was my first significant interaction with the public in quite some time.

Approximately a week later, I contacted the gym to cancel the personal trainer program. I was provided a phone number, which I called, and was assured that everything had been canceled. However, at the end of November, I received a letter claiming that I owe $700 for the program—a program I never used, could not afford, and believed I had canceled. Upon inquiring further, I was informed that cancellations needed to occur within three days, a stipulation that was not adequately communicated to me at the time.

This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I will not be conducting business with EōS Fitness again. The situation has reminded me of similar frustrations with other fitness centers, such as LA Fitness, where hidden fees and unclear policies seem to be common practices. Transparency and respect for customers’ financial limitations should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

The cryolounge room is very welcoming. However, the lounge chairs themselves are a bit worn out. I could not fasten the pad around my knee because the cloth that covers it is missing on all 3 chairs.

Whatta a scam of a gym. You set up a family to plan but they actually set up three individual account. In order to cancel you said family plan you have to pay THREE SEPARATE ACCOUNT CANCELLATION FEES.
The daycare system runs off appointments only so you only have a certain window to go. Not helpful for mom who don’t have help OR only has a certain time frame to go to the gym.
Customer service there is awful.

Their sauna is horrible. I could sleep in that sauna with a blanket on for a hour and not die. I spent 55 mins in there before and can be easily in there for 40-45 mins each time, more if i wanted to. I would like to say that I'm built different but its just that their sauna is that bad. Unfortunately I have to drive to another EOS ( 303 and bell location ) to actually have a hot sauna. Sucks that I have to drive 15-18mins just to have a good sauna, when this EOS is less than 5 mins away from me. I'm going to try to find the supervisor that's in charge of this location in see what they say and will update you guys on here (:

I spoke to Jose who I was told is the main person in charge of this gym location. I told him about how bad the sauna is compared to the one on 303 and Bell Rd EOS location. Before I spoke to him I went in the sauna for 10 mins just to make sure it is still as bad as it always been ( been going to 303 Bell Rd for the better sauna, so I have not been in this location for a while ) and of course still bad and could not break a sweat after 10 mins. I could not sweat for those 10 mins and mind you I am sitting RIGHT next to that sauna. After I told him how bad the sauna is I told him that I have talked other managers in the gym before and its always " I will have someone look at it" " I will have someone take care of it" " I will put in a order for it ". I told him that I heard of it all and nothing has changed. But I never spoke to him directly until now, again which he is the main person that's directly in charge of this location. So hopefully now they can actually have the sauna running how it should. It is literally a waste of time sitting in that sauna. I should not be able to be in a sauna for a hour and be okay. I will give it sometime before I check again and hopefully it is actually hot. 303 and Bell Rd location I am in there for 25 mins and sometimes 30 and I am GOOD. I will update in a couple of weeks. My next step is if nothing is done is just reaching somebody in the district EOS office.

For those wondering how long does it take to actually have a decent to okay sweat going in this location I would say pass 20 mins. Passing 20 mins is CRAZY. If nothing gets done I am willing to prove how bad the sauna is with me going in there laying down with a blanket in that sauna.

Workers are disrespectful some are cool. Mid gym, jaylen was cool, dirty weights racked on is very annoying. Restrooms are treated unsantized. Some equipment is mest up fell off bench one time got hurt. Main complaint is workers. We need jaylen back asap.

My wife and I have been in and out of gyms since Covid shutdowns, but really decided to commit after moving here. The gym is nice and overall we are happy with it. Afternoons are busy and some people hog machines (on their phones usually) but I can't really hold that against the gym. I knew that the set-up day/appointment would most likely be a training/sales pitch but I was open to it and decided to try it anyhow. Two weeks into personal training sessions with Tiesen and I can say I am glad I signed up (actually extended from 30 min sessions to 60). Dude knows what he's talking about and I can definitely say I have left there feeling A.)exhausted and B.)more knowledgeable than when I went in. As long as you keep expectations reasonable and have some self-accountability, it is definitely worth it.

I signed up at the pebble creek location back in February of 2021. About 5 to 6 months ago, i switched my membership to the basic one to save myself some money from monthly expenditures. I only ever went to the Litchfield location any more since it is a 5 minute drive from my home. Today when i check in i get stopped by one of the staff members. I was notified of their lovely little BS rule of paying 50 dollars to have my home location switch from pebble creek to Litchfield. I asked why I was able to use their gym for the last several months and was only notified of that charge today and they had no answer for me. Their system basically randomly decided "this person is either going to pay 50 dollars for a simple action on the staff's part of switching their home location to here, or they're going to upgrade their membership again to avoid paying that fee and pay more in the long run." Honestly, after all that, I'm probably going to shit can this gym in favor of another place even if i have to drive further again because this isn't how you treat people. Especially when machines and certain equipment stay broken for long periods of time and they want to act like they're a "premium" place to workout. This company can take their questionable business tactics and shove em.

The experience I've had is amazing. Personal trainers are so sweet and motivating. The class instructors are also very encouraging. The facility is always very clean and stocked. If there is an issue with equipment, they repair it very quickly. Love this gym!!!!
