Ericka Tremaine is an Angelic Light Being. I feel silly even trying to put in to “words”how incredible she is and how gifted she is as a RTT Hypnotherapist. Ericka is a true healer and I am forever grateful that the Universe directed me to her. If you are here reading reviews and seeking Hypnosis to move forward with your self healing journey or-You are lost and not sure what type of healing guidance you are in need of; I’d say follow your intuition and speak with Ericka. I have never met a human in this life time that I felt so comfortable with and trusting of. Ericka puts so much love and effort in to her sessions. You can tell right away that this is not just a “job” for her. This is her passion and her gift here on this planet to help us all with our necessary healing so we can put our suffering aside and help others with theirs, too. Ericka was so comfortable to work with. I had some familiarity with meditation, which is similar to hypnosis, but I still wasn’t quite sure what to expect. She chatted with me for awhile to get to know and understand me, then she gave me a comfy chair to sit in and we began the session. It was nearly 5 hours, with breaks whenever I needed them.

The session itself was intense in a good way. Ericka is a master at suggestion without taking over. She was quick to adapt to my experience, and was very detailed in addressing very specific issues I wanted to work on. There were moments during the session that took my breath away (bringing my young self home to see my life as it is now, and another time of meeting my whole self).

At the end I knew something deep had changed in me, but I couldn’t put my finger on it. I didn’t realize the session is just the beginning of a month of wonderful change.

Over the next 30 days I listened daily to the recording Ericka made for me. It was customized specifically to the issues I had. It was about 20 minutes each day which I found easily doable.

Every day I felt better. It was as though someone had truly reprogrammed my thinking. The things that ate at me before were just gone. I could think back to events that used to tear me up and feel a neutrality and peace about them. Ericka also followed up every few days to see how I was doing. If I had needed to discuss anything she would’ve been there to do it.

If you’re considering this therapy, just do it! You’ll be so happy you did.

I've been following Marisa Peer's work for a couple of years so I am familiar with hypnotherapy. And I went into the first session with Ericka kind of knowing what to expect. However, she EXCEEDED my expectations. Ericka is so patient and encouraging that I had no issues digging deep and talking about a few issues.
