If you’re a beginner I totally recommend you to take personal training first (coach Ivan G) that’s what I did first. It’s worth it. I learned how to lift weights, how to use the machines

I improved a lot, it’s the best place you can train for any fitness goal you may have. Try it 😃

I could get familiar with the different routines and machines since I was new to crossfit. Now it's been a year and I always look forward to my training. Love that they have classes in the morning and afternoon to fit my schedule.
