I regret signing up for a membership at this gym due to their unprofessional conduct. During the sign-up process, I explicitly requested a month-to-month membership. Unfortunately, I fell ill and was unable to attend the gym. Since I was not utilizing the membership, I decided to cancel it. I sent an email to terminate the membership and also sent a text message. However, I did not receive any responses to either message. When the month began, the gym used the credit card information saved on paper and billed me. I subsequently sent another email regarding this issue. In response to my email, the gym informed me that even for a month-to-month membership, they require one month’s notice. They could have informed me about this before charging me.

Evolve fitness is a judge free place where you can go and feel good about working on your health & weight goals. There is so much encouragement and genuine love from David, Sonya, and Anthony. I never even thought about tracking the food I ate. I just ate the food.

With the help of evolve fitness I have learned that I do not have to follow some strict diet for 30 days and then gain the weight back. I am able to eat a simple plan hit the macros every day Be consistent and drop weight. The best part is, I am not perfect and they know that, but I have learned if you mess up jump right back on it!!!

The workouts are challenging and fun so are the people thank you David and Sonya Jimenez for helping me change my life and the way I feel.❤️❤️

I recently started Evolve Fitness and they truly care about your health! I have some mobility issues and Anthony makes accommodations for my needs. Sonya and David are very encouraging and care about your health. The individuals that attend the classes are also encouraging and everyone cheers each other on. I really enjoy attending classes here!
