the couple here have been teaching for over 20 years and take teaching yoga very seriously in the best way. they can explain the thought and theory behind all the poses and the anatomy of modifications with no problem. class is structured and there is no shame for not being able to do some poses. regardless of your ability level, nilo is patient and kind and gives pointers with no judgment. plus the savasana is long and rewarding -- i hate when some teachers cut savasana to just 5 mins or even less. if you can't find peace or bliss then what is the point of going to yoga over the gym?
