In love with this place! I had my first workout in Michael’s class today, and he was amazing. Extremely helpful with my form as I had spinal surgery a couple of years ago, and am super nervous to do anything but Pilates. I highly recommend this place, Michael, and the good feels post class!

I love F45 Brickell! In addition to an amazing workout, it's a very welcoming environment. The trainers are encouraging, push me to do my best, and ensure everyone is safely exercising. Lastly, the studio is always clean and the music is lots of fun. If you're looking for a dynamic workout with kind and professional coaches and teammates, try out one of the classes.

Prior to F45, I was having trouble motivating. Not only in the gym but in work, life, etc.

F45 was a complete game changer for me. I've been going 3-4x a week for the last 1.5yrs+, and it's completely turned me around.

Their coaches and staff are so professional, welcoming, and fun to be around. They put up happy hours for the clients and foster a close community within the studio.

I strongly recommend this gym to anyone that feels that they're struggling to do their own workouts in a standard LA Fitness or something, and turn toward the class environment that has been so helpful for me.

F45 at Brickell has been such a great balance of challenging workouts with a really supportive community. The workouts provide a really good variety so youre never bored and I've seen a lot of growth over the past few months. The coaches are also incredible! They bring great energy, are very hands on with tips and form correction and to provide you with a little push to be better. Absolutely would recommend this location to someone looking for group fitness, especially if you're new to the area.

I have been going to F45 in Brickell since August of 2023 and it has been an incredible experience. If you have difficulty in the gym this is the perfect place. It does not matter your age or fitness level they can help you reach your goals. The coaches are friendly and extremely helpful. The community is awesome.

The gym is SPOTLESS everyday and the facility is massive so rarely do you feel you do not have enough space to workout.

I have been working out regularly at F45 Brickell for about a year and a half now and I absolutely love it! The coaches always bring great energy and helpful tips and I have also made some great friends here! I highly recommend this studio to anyone who is interested in group training, it is unlike any other class or studio I’ve tried. The workouts have truly transformed my life and I see great results from coming consistently. 10/10 recommend!!

F45 Brickell is amazing! The workouts are always challenging even after a going for several years. The music is always bopping and usually I catch myself dancing in between sets. Additionally, the coaches are fantastic, if you’re using improper form, they will always guide you to do an exercise correctly, which is needed and appreciated. Everyone who works here and attends classes is pretty nice as well!

Truly enjoyed the workouts at F45. Not all of us love working out to stay fit, and 45 minutes of high-intensity workouts with great coaches always there to guide you through the classes, made me enjoy coming to the gym. Highly recommend taking a class, you’ll be hooked!
