I’ve never loved working out as much as I do now!!! I had heard many great things about F45 before and I am so glad I finally gave it a try. Coach Dana, Sara, and Cam always go above and beyond to help and motivate us. The gym is impeccably clean, spacious, and the workouts are always tough but enjoyable.
