Had a chance to visit F45 Largo East studio recently. I've been to many different studios and this was one of the best. Good crowds, great vibe and all the coaches were friendly and welcoming. Shout out to Lucas with great energy from start to finish. Best thing about this location were the new functional racks that really up the game for strength training. Looking forward to a return visit when I'm back in the area.

Love going here! Great workouts with a wide variety to do day to day. Great coaches to motivate you each workout. Best of all it only takes 45 minutes out of your day. You will feel great all day after a 45 minute workout. Highly reccomend F45!!!

I have gone to several different F45 locations throughout the country, and this is by FAR my favorite one!! Everyone on the team is so amazing and supportive, and they genuinely want the best for you! I always look forward to my morning workouts and catching up with the other members and the faculty. 🙂 I truly couldn’t recommend it enough!

This gym is the best I’ve been to! I love the format and the intensity of the workouts! No loud yelling in a microphone, they demo the moves but you also have a monitor to look at reminding you of what exercise to do at each station. I also like that the workout for the day is offered at multiple times during the day.

I visited F45 Largo East today, and could not be more impressed! The owner and coaches were incredibly nice and welcoming, and made me feel right at home.

F45 Largo is the best! I’ve never felt more excited and motivated to go to the gym. It’s a great environment and all the coaches/staff are awesome! The best part…. It only takes up 45 minutes of your day!
