This is the best gym in west Pines! The community of the coaches, members and owners is unmatched. The whole studio recently was upgraded with new lights, paint, equipment. The gym is always clean, the bathrooms are stocked and clean. There is a water bottle refill station and vending machine. Not only that but the owners and management really foster community building through various events.

The members are great too. Very friendly, encouraging, and not mean. So glad to have found my fit fam at F45!

I have always been a person who likes to do sports, but it has always been outside. Since I found this gym with the fabulous coaches it has, I have no doubt that this is for me. I go every day at dawn happy to do my training, it has changed my lifestyle a lot. I am happy with the coaches, they all push me every day to be better every day.

This gym is absolutely phenomenal! The staff is incredibly welcoming and supportive, always ready to offer guidance and answer questions, no matter your fitness level. The facility is spotless, with a great selection of top-notch equipment (CAN WAIT TO USE THE NEW ONES) that allows me to target every muscle group. I've been coming here for a 1.5 year now and have seen a significant improvement in my strength and endurance. I started my journey with F45 over 2 years ago when I took a 7-day free trial at the studio and 200+ classes later, I’m more motivated than ever. The classes offer you every opportunity to get in physical and functional shape in a fun and creative format. But what sets the West Pines location apart is the amazing team of coaches and the people! Everyone is super supportive and ready to get to work every session. You leave each class better (and sweatier) than when you got there and you keep coming back. It truly becomes a way of life instead of work, and that’s what we are all after in the first place!
