My 65+ year old dad and I took a class this morning, and we had a blast! It was a tough workout but manageable and definitely worth the visit. The F45 River City team was so friendly and inviting. Shout out to Coach Kayli & Coach Michele who were super energetic and helpful on my first day. Special shout out to Coach Mitch for being so nice, encouraging, and patient showing us the different workouts and ladder style today. I now understand why my friends rave so much about F45 classes and the culture here!

F45 is my absolute favorite gym! The community is amazing - coaches are inspiring and motivational but not in an annoying way lol they truly get to know each persons and challenge them accordingly. I was able to workout my entire pregnancy with the help of my coaches and have come back post partum still being supported individually with where I’m at physically. So so thankful for this gym!

I've been coming to this F45 since last November. As soon as I walked in, coach Mitch was there to answer my questions and address any concerns. The classes are fun and challenging. The coaches are friendly and encouraging. I love the class structure and how there are different exercises to keep things interesting. I am not self-motivated when it comes to fitness. This gym keeps me motivated and has become an integral part of my routine.

I went to Jacksonville for the weekend and was able to use the Passport option to visit River City F45. It was such a great experience! The coaches Ryan and Amy were fantastic and super encouraging and helpful during the workout. Next time in Jacksonville, I will definitely stop back in.

Love this gym! All of the coaches are top notch, professional, well trained, always on their game ready to assist. I have over 200 workouts and am always challenged. Come try it out, I promise you won't be disappointed.
