Recently joined F45 and it’s been an awesome experience. I was hesitant about starting another gym membership & my level of commitment. But I’ve been pretty consistent and motivated to continue going. Shoutout to Sarah & Mike, they’re a big help with the motivation!

In addition, everyone was welcoming & easy partner with being a newbie.

I joined F45 last month, and I’m absolutely loving it! Huge shoutout to Coach Mike for encouraging me to join—I’m so glad I did and wish I had joined sooner. The coaches are incredible—always motivating and super supportive, no matter your fitness level. What I love most is that every class is different, so you’re never stuck in a boring routine. The workouts are challenging but fun, and the energy in the room keeps you pushing yourself. It’s been a great experience so far, and I’m excited to keep going!

I ❤️ F45! Every workout is different and focused on strength and/or cardio endurance.

I started at this location a little over a month ago because I had to stop running due to chronic foot/ankle pain after several tendon/ligament tears a few years ago. As a high-intensity junkie, I was afraid F45 wouldn’t be as intense as I wanted, but it has surpassed my expectations. And on the amazing side: The workouts have been easy on my foot, which is now doing great without the constant running!!

They offer plenty of classes, and it’s easy to schedule one — unlike my last gym where the group classes booked up in minutes of being open to online scheduling. It’s also not “cliquey” like you find at a lot of other gyms. People go there to workout, so entering for the first time is not at all weird or awkward.

Highly recommend trying out a 1-hour Saturday hybrid class because those are my favorites!

Update: I have to shout out one of my favorite trainers: Mikenzie! She's super friendly, cheers us on when we go heavy, and always encourages us to go up in weight! She typically does the 5am-9am classes, so I'd recommend to join one of her classes if it's your first time!

I am new to the area and was impressed from day 1 with communication from Coach Mike and the establishment itself. While trying to settle in my schedule conflicts were a pain but Mike has been VERY patient, understanding and flexible with me. His goal has been, how can I help you so that you can make it in for your workout? You can tell it’s not just a business to him, he actually cares. I finally have my schedule worked out and I look forward to a regular workout at this location. The people are great and all teams I have been a part of have been friendly and helped me with set up the right weights and how to move around the different stations. This is now my new gym and am pretty excited about that

I would love to give Thanks to F45 for encouraging me to get healthier. They really do push you and I definitely need that push to keep going. All the coaches are absolutely great! This is my first time doing any type of exercise class in my entire life. I'm only about 12 classes in. Coach Mike and Coach Mckenzie are phenomenal. I met Coach Andano and he's awesome as well. I will say this once. I have social anxiety and depression this truly is helping that on top of the physical transformation as well. EVERYONE is so supportive and kind! Not one ounce of judgement. Classes are a challenge every single time and I love it! I absolutely would give 50 stars if I could. 10/10 would recommend to anyone at any level of your fitness journey. Everyone is welcome!
