After being out of routine for over a year, Feelin' Good Fitness is just what I needed to get back on track. The employees are amazing and extremely helpful / knowledgeable. The environment is positive and friendly.

I would highly suggest trying this place out if you are looking to get your health back on track. The workouts are intense and makes you feel so good after you get done.

I did a 3 day free trial and now I’m hooked. The staff and other members are so encouraging. Lorena worked out with me initially in case I needed assistance or had questions. The workouts are effective and fun! Since each workout is different, you are never bored. I highly recommend this gym!

Beware of the { f r e e } 3 day trial period— it will get you HOOKED! Such an awesome gym atmosphere. The coaching team does an amazing job making everyone feel like they belong! It’s welcoming to all fitness levels and fitness goals. Each class starts with a demonstration and the coaches do a fantastic job keeping an eye out for modifications or challenges when needed. The coaches are approachable (literally always smiling and friendly) if you need additional assistance or a spot to hit a challenge. I enjoy the variety of cardio days and lifting days (split into an upper days and a lower days) every week. Great equipment, clean gym, 2 showers. I moved here 3 months ago, and I’m so thankful to find friends at FGF!

Absolutely amazing place to train. Such genuine and knowledgeable coaches. FGF has a very welcoming environment and the coaches will run you through all the exercises and warm ups. The work outs are intense but leave you feeling like you accomplished something. I lost a lot of weight in just three months. I cannot recommend this gym Highly enough to anyone that finds themselves in Lake Havasu City.

I lost over 145 pounds !! And it all started here .I have been going to this gym since it first opened … when I am on leave from the Army I can think of no better place to workout. The family environment in this gym is just amazing. Sean and Robert are two of the most personable and knowledgeable trainers I have ever come across. As a fighter/athlete the dynamic design of these workouts really leaves me satisfied and more knowledgeable on things I can add to my personal routine in fight camps . I hope this place stays open for the next 100 years . Thanks so much feelin good fitnesses!!!
