This place is absolutely amazing! The available options for classes are great, and no two workouts are the same!! I feel better than I have in years and love my Fit.1 family. They encourage you, celebrate with you, and just make you feel like you can conquer anything! I highly suggest giving it a try. You won’t regret it!

Amazing place with amazing people! Misty had a vision and made it come to life! Fit.1 truly is a place for everyone and every fitness level! The classes are challenging and fun! Misty puts a lot of time into making her classes a thorough and complete workout. And she makes sure the other instructors do the same. Misty is passionate about fitness and it shows through her professional and personal life! Plus she and Paul are just fun people! If you are remotely interested in group fitness this is the place to be!

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from this company.

Three weeks ago, I filled out the "Contact Us" form on their website and received no response. Two weeks ago, I tried reaching out via a direct email I found on their Facebook page. Last week, I left a one-star review on Google. Despite these attempts, I still haven't heard back.

I was prepared to delete this review had they seen it and reached out, but it looks as if they don't check their reviews either, even though Google sends emails when a review is written about your company.

This complete lack of follow-up leaves me with no confidence in their services. I expected much better communication from a business that seems well-organized at face value.

I joined Fit. 1 because it fit into my schedule and I am so glad I did. The place is very clean and well laid out for the workout I am doing on my lunch hour. There is always an instructor available during your workout that will demonstrate the proper form and will encourage you to keep going, even if you want to give up.
Thank you, Misty for your encouragement and treating me as a person and not just a number. I recommend the lunch workout for anyone who is trying to get back to working out and you don't know where to start. I have a long way to go, but I am happy I made this decision. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed.
