I started Cornelia's 12 week program in my first trimester during my second pregnancy as I know how important it is to build up and maintain my strength during pregnancy. I wanted a more structured way to work out and not have to worry about what program I would do for the day. Cornelia's positive energy is contagious and I loved having her as my coach. Cornelia is the absolute best! She is knowledgeable and very supportive. Her presence is always positive yet she holds space for tougher conversations like self-image and guilt/shame around foods, etc. I saw my body composition change during the 12 weeks, but more importantly, I felt more confident, my clothes fit better and I was in an all around better mood. Cornelia's program works well for busy ladies such as myself. She's quick to respond always checks in, whether in group of individually and has very clear instructions on her demo videos. 10/10 highly recommend.

I did an online program with Cornelia over a span of 12 weeks. Could not recommend it enough! I went from feeling weak and unmotivated after having had a baby 6 months earlier, to feeling stronger than I ever have! I feel as I learned a lot about my own body along the way, and more about general health and how to build the strong yet lean body I want to have. Cornelia is knowledgeable and motivating, and I feel that she understood my body, my goals and pushed me where I was clearly clueless. Can’t recommend working with her enough!

Cornelia is a phenomenal trainer! Having worked with her pre, during and post baby, she is incredibly thoughtful and thorough in her training. She runs a challenging program, all while listening to her clients and their needs. My recovery postpartum was in large part due to Cornelia and her workouts. Couldn't recommend enough! She's also a wonderful person and I love her dearly!!

Cornelia is bar far the best trainer/fitness instructor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I started working with Cornelia when I was 4 months postpartum to help with lingering hip issues and diastasis recti from pregnancy. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided appropriate training for each stage of my postpartum recovery. With my DR healed, I now work on strength training and more advanced exercises and I am healthier/more fit than I ever was prior to having a baby. I can't thank her enough for the welcoming and holistic approach she takes to fitness. It's now my favorite part of the week! 10/10!
