I've been a fitness warrior since May 2023. They have been essential in my wellness journey, and with their excellent variety of sweat-inducing classes, I have achieved the healthiest version of myself in all of my life! (Not kidding! I'm more physically fit and lighter than when I graduated high school!) The classes are challenging, but the coaches and fellow fitness warriors have a way of motivating you to push yourself in ways you haven't before. The results speak for themselves, and believe me when I say I'm not done yet!! Fitness Explosion truly is my "happy place"! Come join us for a workout, and get ready to be transformed!

Fitness Explosion has truly transformed my life. When I first walked into the building, I had no idea I would find more than just a gym. I was simply looking for a place to lift weights because working out alone wasn't for me. For the first few months, I kept to myself, but it didn’t take long to realize that this place is something special.

As time went on, I noticed incredible changes—not just in my body, but in my mindset too. What surprised me most was that I didn’t just gain strength, I gained a family. The group atmosphere here is unbeatable, with everyone working at their own pace while supporting each other. The moment you step through those doors, you become part of something bigger—a community that’s built differently.

I’ve never been able to find a gym that I actually enjoyed… until Fitness Explosion. Dumbbell rock and hip hop spin (while hard) are so much fun and bootcamp always makes me feel accomplished afterwards. One hour at fitness explosion and I’ve burned anywhere from 300 to 600 calories!!

The coaches do such a great job at pushing you to accomplish your goals and are always there to believe in you when you’re not feeling like you can do it. I really appreciate that because I’m someone that needs a kick in the butt sometimes 🤪

Love this Gym and the trainers. Coach Nikki gets me together. She teaches you proper form so you know what you are focusing on, and provides one of a kind personalized workouts… love her…they also have boot camp class, spin and dumbbell rock. You’ll also find the owner Coach Mugz training some of the local school kids. ( he’s awesome as well) This is not a meat market you can workout here and be comfortable, everyone is warm and friendly.

Great gym! Great people! Coaches and Owner are truly knowledgeable and professional. Staff and members treat you like family the moment you walk in. The workouts are fun with upbeat music the whole time and the coaches take time to explain and ensure you're using proper form and technique for the best results and to prevent injury. Class always ends with words of encouragement.

The coaches can tailor workouts to meet your physical limitations and still get you physically fit.

I enjoy the challenging workouts and I’m spent at the end but they make the classes fun and they keep me coming back each day.

I love this place! The trainers are amazing and offer tons of support & encouragement. The overall vibe here is very warm & welcoming.
Great staff, equipment, and MUSIC. They also offer different classes like dumbbell rock, personal training & my FAVORITE hip hop spin with coach Nikki.
I also love that they involve the kiddos! They have specials during the summer for kids to come out and have fun doing different activities, which is awesome!
This has been a life changing gym experience for me. I highly recommend it to my friends, family, and anyone looking to start their health journey. Shout out to coach Mugz, Nikki, Skyler and Neelam. You all have been so kind and supportive & I can’t thank you enough!
