I have been going to FitnessFX for almost 10 years. I started when I decided I wanted to do a marathon for my 65th birthday. Through David Whites leadership at FitnessFX I was not only was able to do three marathons, but I also. Did a half iron man and numerous half marathons. My fitness needs have changed because of some heart issues but I still go to FitnessFX. Although my situation has changed, the leadership David provides at FitnessFX to keep me fit has not. Great place, Great atmosphere, and Great people.

I appreciate Davids ability to meet people where they are in their own health and physical journey. I had been fairly sedentary since covid and super embarrassed to go back to the gym. He’s always encouraging and recognizing of my progress. I highly recommend his training no matter what your level of workout looks like.

I have Been Going to Fitness FX for over 12 years now and I think it’s one of the Best Gyms for Personal Training and Diet in town. I am able to continue to do all my activities, cycling, snowboarding, wakeboarding, skiing and whatever else I do at a high level even at my age.
