I first went to her for massage. It was the best massage I’ve had and I’ve been to several places locally as well as CA.
Then I found out she also does energy work.
I went to her for massage and energy work the second time. I asked her to support my body in clearing some energy I’d been working with.
I had the craziest visualization during her work. I was having the hardest time removing an extremely deeply held belief that I “must do for love”. I couldn’t get a grip on that gnarly, deep, sharp root. During the massage, it suddenly came to my mind while she was at my feet taking deep breaths and the root dissolved. In its place, I finally had my root chakra appear for plugging in and grounding exercises. I was amazed. I felt lighter and freer and so calm and happy.
I still have a lot of work to do and will continue to see her for support. That night I also had a very telling dream that I was finally connecting with my inner child. Thank you, Shannon.
