I love this dispensary. It’s one of my favorites in the whole state and surrounding. The workers are so freaking nice. They always bring a smile to my face. It’s clean, they have great products every time I go, and always give amazing suggestions. You have to come to this flora at least once in your life. Alex is really one that stands out and every customer that has him loves him dearly. Same goes for other employees as well. He is always friendly and making us laugh. If you are looking for a good place for your “stuff”, definitely come here, guys.

It was my first time coming into the store since I am visiting for a few days and Alex was hands down just the person I needed to be helped by, I was recommended multiple items (and got all of them) and saying I was immediately satisfied would be an understatement. When me and my friend walked up to the counter we were complimented before we were even asked how we were doing! I was working with one of the bud tenders on getting a specific bud I wanted. They found the one I wanted and replaced the previous one I was buying. She never removed the first one from my order and never stapled the bag. By time I noticed they overcharged me, it was too late. I came in and spoke to a manager and she ended up giving me a discount which was nice and said they would review camera footage and get back with me. It's been about a month now with 0 contact and I've tried calling twice now for updates. If you shop here make sure they don't overcharge you and always check your bag. This was enough for me to never come back

I’ve been to Stateline several times and though most of my experiences have been informative and pleasant, my last visit was by far the best. Chloe was very informative, patient and calming. I’m a vet that manages ptsd among other things and I usually have tough times in public settings. She made me feel safe and relaxed. I tipped as always but I wanted to go above and beyond to show my appreciation. Thank you Chloe so much.

I do not have a medical card and hardly ever use pot. Just wanted something for the occasional nights that i cant sleep. As a recreational user from arkansas, I was glad to see that the buying process was simple. Show an ID, give them cash or a DEBIT card. They run the cards through an ATM type setup and round to the nearest 5 dollars. Charge is $2.50 and then give u cash change for any difference.

Example. Product is $71 after tax. Charge is $2.50 for debit cards. They run the card for $75 and give you back $1.50

I ordered online at 8:50am, was told it would be ready at 930-10am via a text message. I walked I'm at 9:10am and was out the door by 9:15am. Pretty quick

The above review was made 9 months ago and was originally 4 stars. After today's experience, I am bumping them up to 5 stars. Yesterday, I went with a friend who bought several types of pot for about $300. One type was called "ViVid tropical cherry". They clerk put the items in the bag, stapled it shut, and we left. When we got to where we were going, I opened the bag, looked at all the pouches of weed, and then came to the Vivid jar. When I opened it the seal popped of with the lid, kinda odd but whatever. However the jar was EMPTY!! There was a few crumbs, but otherwise empty. Long story short, we went back the next day to tell then about it. I could tell they were skeptical, I would have been too. I even told then I knew it sounded like Bull ?. However a person can't open the products inside the store, so the only way to tell if there is an issue is after leaving. The manager was hesitant but replaced the product. I was amazed. I was expecting for them to do nothing but give me a "sorry for your luck speech" but at $40 for a 1/8th Had to try. So 5 stars just for customer support.

My guess is an employee popped it open and pocked it, then stuck it back on the shelf. But all speculation.
