My coaching experience with Holly was amazing & I am grateful.
When I first spoke with Holly I was working through a couple shifts and limiting beliefs on myself. Holly listens and brings a natural calming tone to her sessions that support people like myself that are tense or doubtful for coaching support. Holly uses tools like meditations, affirmations and journaling & more. Being guided through a meditation from Holly was my favorite exercise. With Hollys support I was able to focus on a path see & feel confident to move forward, use my voice and break from a cycle of negative thoughts that kept me from reaching my goals. ✨
