I recently visited Forma Gym and was thoroughly impressed by the exclusive atmosphere. The front desk staff and instructors are exceptionally welcoming and professional. The facility is top notch, offering a unique and inviting environment for all fitness enthusiasts. Additionally, the Rise Paralysis Recovery program is outstanding. I truly enjoy coming here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium gym experience. Also the members are fantastic persons. We been enjoying the Olympic Games Paris 2024

First of all, I’ve been a member of Forma for a very long time. I used to belong to other gyms in they area but they all moved or went out of business. So I came here because the facilities are excellent and I like what the owner has done with the place. He’s young and ambitious.
Over the years, most areas of the gym have been remodeled or upgraded but my favorite feature has not changed - the outdoor workout area shaded by Redwood trees. It’s awesome. I don’t use it every time but I love that it’s there. The locker rooms are nice, the equipment is excellent and they have a great lounge in front. They are certainly not cheap compared to the no frills gyms but for my speed, this place cannot be beat.

The gym and related facilities are spacious, very well-equipped and spotless. The pool is salt water, and I credit my speedy recovery from hip surgery to the excellent daily water aerobics. Phenomenal yoga/meditation/qi gong, and other energy-related class offerings. I think the other classes must be excellent because they're very well-attended, regardless of time of day. The spa provides excellent facials, and the massage therapists are quite good. I've been a member for 5 years and I can't recommend highly enough. They also have babysitting!

Forma Gym is one of the best gym memberships I've ever invested in. Forma invests back in me with fantastic amenities such as sauna, jacuzzi, outdoor pool, and cryotherapy. A broad range of classes including all levels. I took a pilates class and while new I didn't feel singled out. There is also Rise, the paralysis recovery center.
It's the best health care I've given my body. I was assigned a trainer that fits my needs. I'm excited to go to Forma Gym any chance I get. The other members are very diverse and I feel comfortable as a fellow member.

I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join Forma Gym! It’s not just a gym to me; it’s a true community where everyone knows each other. The warmth and camaraderie among employees and members make it a joy to come here every day. I absolutely love the variety of classes, especially yoga barre.
The steam room, hot tub, and sauna are perfect ways to unwind after a workout. Joining Forma Gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

Great Gym that offers many fitness classes and activities; also I enjoy a dry sauna and big jacuzzi pool as well. The outside pool could be warmer and cleaner though. The Walnut Creek location is close to the freeway and has plenty of parking. I am the member of this gym for several years.
I would recommend this gym to all my friends.

I love this gym! The group exercise classes are top-notch. I left another newer, more expensive gym in Walnut Creek to join Forma and I have no regrets. I appreciate the helpful communications and I look forward to trying one of the health & wellness classes soon. My only minor complaints are the challenging parking situation and the somewhat tired interior. Those aren’t dealbreakers by any means, though. Consider me a very satisfied customer!
