Sway is an amazing instructor. Pilates is a wonderful work out. I feel challenged yet able to complete each exercise. Sway is so knowledgeable, positive, and encouraging. Each time I finish a workout I just look forward to the next one. Freedom Wellness is a phenomenal studio! All of the instructors are very professional and highly qualified. The equipment is top notch and the team is so kind and inviting. It’s a great place to explore all types of wellness activities from Pilates, to yoga, red light therapy, massage and special events like sound bath meditation and cacao ceremonies. Beautiful studio I love the hot yoga infrared lighting yoga! It changes my whole mood and day to positive. The pilates is also awesome. My abs and buttocks feel tighter. My body feels so much healthier after going here I'm so grateful they opened this wellness center. My husband is dieing to try the infrared lighting tables. So happy you're here freedom wellness!
