Lynn Iverson is one of the most skilled, knowledgeable, and caring Estheticians I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She has been taking care my skin for many years. I believe she's a big part of the reason most people think I'm younger than I actually am (Thank you, Lynn!)! When I have my favorite Caci Facial or Hydro Facial my skin glows and I feel very relaxed. It's so nice to have that spa experience included with my skin care routine. I was pressured and bullied to buy products from Susie that I didn’t need. They recommended a particular test that my insurance was supposed to cover. The doctor was paid a fee although I never saw this person and she was not going to be doing the interpretation. Susie the owner/manager put together a test kit or the product that was obsolete. I contacted the company and they sent me a new kit. They said that product was not used for a very long time. Susie tried to blame me that I did something wrong although she was the one at fault. I requested a copy of my test results so I can share that with my medical doctor. She told me it was not their practice to give out test results unless I made an appointment with her so-called practitioner. I could not have results she said unless I made the appointment. I informed her that I contacted the company and they will give me the results by email in a week. She finally demanded that I signed a letter saying that I would see her practitioner before she gave me the results. I said I do what I choose to do. I told her to stop verbally abusing me. She did not have a face mask on. She said she didn’t need to wear them because she didn’t have the virus. This place is suppose to be all about healthy living and nobody was wearing a mask. They push products and appointments with their consultants at a hefty price that you don’t need.
I do not recommend as this place.

I love Full spectrum Health. This is the best place in Sarasota to shop for nutritional supplements, essential oils, homeopathic remedies, and more. The staff really care about the community that they serve and work hard to answer their questions.

Spent many hours completing my paperwork prior to my appmt. (health/personal history, check lists & short answers to questions, major concerns & health goals, food diary, list of nutriceuticals and meds). At the start of my appmt., Eve began to ask me questions that I had already stated in my completed paperwork. She did not appear to have my file in front of her & did not appear to have read my information prior to my appmt. After the 2 hour appmt. she filled a bag with all my recommended homeopathic & nutriceutical products, and two home tests to complete (which totaled to $569.00). The office visit was $283. During the first few weeks, I had a lot of questions. When you call the office you speak with one of her staff members & then they call you back with Eve''s commendations. I felt like I was bothering them, as if I was not really validated regarding my concerns. Before my next appmt , which was scheduled for Feb, they stated that it would be necessary to have a phone consult for a fee of $88. I decided to cancel my future appmt. & manage my health care myself, as was not making any progress. Secondly, it became clear that they would continue selling me more products and ordering more tests, and requiring me to schedule ongoing appmts. This was clearly going to be a large financial obligation.
